As Debt Sale Consultant you will take the lead on debt sale delivery from sales engagement, scoping, initiation to delivery, managing resources, managing clients and purchasers to ensure a successful conclusion to sales. You will also be the subject matter expert and main point of contact for sales and other business areas to drive the debt sale agenda.
The recently developed debt sale propositions that expand the market will be one of your focus points ensuring these are rolled out to the sales teams and supported with collateral when needed. You will also be expected to work closely with the wider Solutions Design team and across the wider Equifax Debt Services community.
This role is critical to maintaining Debt Service’s position at the forefront of the Debt Sale Services market. The key to our success has been the high quality, flawless execution of debt sales for our clients and the ability to demonstrate significant additional benefit and value.

Ownership and development of debt sale products and services
Delivery of debt sale brokerage and other services
Responsible for debt sales from initial client discovery sessions, through proposals, sows, delivery and follow up
Timely delivery of all debt sales, flexible approach and being involved with several sales simultaneously – overseeing some and delivering on others
Responsible for the development of the debt sale analyst within the team to ensure the wider team develop their skills and understanding
Identifying and implementing improvements to the existing proposition
Work with internal and external stakeholders effectively communicating and influencing at senior levels with clients
Lead a small debt sale team on debt sale engagements
Project managed sale lifecycles from market proposition to post sale in a data driven organisation
Taken new propositions and products to market
Proven communication skills to all stakeholders and at all levels from CEOs to data analysts
Managed both clients and third parties to ensure a successful conclusion to sales/projects
Monitored resource requirements, ensured plans are aligned and delivered on time
Managed a team and provided education/training to the wider business
Previous experience in debt sales, private and/or public sector
Understanding of regulatory requirements
Project management skills
Exceptional communication skills
