The Aladdin Product Team sits at the heart of BlackRock, responsible for designing, building, and operating Aladdin. Being a member of Aladdin Product means working with the most thoughtful in the industry to build innovative products that shape financial markets. Are you interested in establishing a career foundation at the intersection of compliance and portfolio management processes and technology products?
As a Product Owner with focus on Investment Compliance products, you will be responsible for tactically leading a dynamic development squad. You will learn how to elicit requirements, prioritize backlogs, map dependencies, and mitigate development blockers, aligning feature delivery with our broader Aladdin product vision. You will have the opportunity to learn about and interact with a variety of core Aladdin capabilities spanning the entire investment lifecycle. You will also closely connect with our client community, and BlackRock business strategy to steer our product's direction. Contributing to diverse engineering and Aladdin business teams, we will deliver cutting-edge investment compliance capabilities and superb customer experiences.
This role is accountable for delivering automation capabilities for configuring, calculating and understanding complex compliance requirements for BlackRock and the Aladdin client community. A successful product owner will help define a clear product vision, execute on this vision, and ensure continuous partner feedback and alignment.

Our hybrid work model
BlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all. Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week.
