Overview:
Dynamic and growing Carried Interest and Co-Investments team is looking for an Analyst. We are seeking for a positive, well-organized, and a collaborative individual to join our expanding team. The role involves broad exposure across the business groups and partnership with various teams in HR, Compensation, Tax, Legal and Finance.
Responsibilities include:
Support administration of carried interest award allocations, distributions and other transactions across existing and new Carry Plan programs. Collaborate with carried interest plan administration team and third-party administrator on award tracking and communications to participants, senior management, and other relevant groups
Support administration of employee investments program, including working with third-party administrators on employee onboarding, new loans, capital calls and distributions
Reply to employees’ inquiries regarding carried interest and co-investment participations
Assist with key reporting metrics to participants and management, and perform ad hoc analysis as needed
Participate and support the implementation of process improvement, internal controls, and strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in math, accounting, finance, or related field
2+ years of relevant work experience
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Capacity to multi-task, balance multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic ever changing environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with advanced skills in data analysis and presentation design
Understanding of the structure and life cycle of private equity funds, carried interest, fund employee co-investments and loan program administration preferred
Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, etc.), Executive Wealth Management (EWM), eFront, etc. a plus
