Job Title: Senior Manager Commercial Strategy - Europe
Reports to: Senior RGM Director (Europe lead)
Location: Europe flexible
This critical role for the Company will support the design and implementation of integrated Revenue Growth Management (RGM) approaches and plans to drive topline revenue growth and margin expansion with our Bottling Partners across Europe. The role is part of the diverse RGM Leadership Team in Europe.
What you’ll do for us - Focus, Scope, & Impact:
Overall responsibility of the role is to implement multi-year business and capability plans to support topline revenue growth and margin expansion across Europe.
Leads building RGM strategies for key growth and margin drivers for our Categories and Customers collaborating with category, customer, country teams and bottling partners.
Identifies key consumer-centric & customer-relevant value propositions that will drive adoption and scale, leading all aspects of the strategic RGM initiatives inclusive of customer segmentation, value to market and commercial execution.
Develops integrated solutions targeting Category growth, agreement compliance, channel coherency and advanced analytic based approaches for category planning and customer negotiation.
Act as key contact for Customer RGM strategies for all cross-functional and cross-country stakeholders, ensuring that RGM strategies and all key Customer, Category, Country plans are in sync.
Key member of the Leadership Team that will shape Europe RGM team’s vision, prioritization of key business bets, broader team engagement and capability acceleration plans.
Partner with Customer and Country RGM teams to find unique insights leading to action plans to be embedded in the Annual BP and Strategic BP.
Communicate market- and specific business opportunities, advanced strategic analysis, priorities and plans to the OU leadership team and other Senior Management, including Bottling Partners.
Collaborate with Global teams and markets to build scalable plans and capabilities that will be customizable for different markets need.
Qualifications & Success Parameters:
Significant experience in Customer and Commercial with strong skills in RGM, Customer Management, Segmentation, VTM, and Channel strategy.
Solid Analytical Skills, Ability to think from planning to execution and solid commercial, financial and brand management.
This role requires ability to work and influence different business areas: customer management, supply chain, finance, marketing, innovation and franchise leadership.
Ability to analyze and combine insights to create solutions for complex business problems.
Communicate with internal stakeholders and key Bottler partners
Build selling stories to drive adoption and behavior change
