What you’ll do
As an IoT Product Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our Elekta IntelliMax solutions deliver unparalleled value to our users. You'll champion the user experience throughout every phase of product development, from conception to deployment and beyond. Working hand in hand with Engineering and IT teams, you'll ensure that our IoT capabilities are seamlessly integrated across all Elekta products. Your expertise will be instrumental in aligning our offerings with business objectives, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and driving organizational success.
Responsibilities will include ( but not limited to)
• Liaise with stakeholders and product management to ensure support needs are understood and considered throughout development lifecycle.
• To consult stakeholders in the capture and definition of service product and process improvements and describe these as requirements.
• To act as Support Leader and represent the needs of Service, coordinating across Business Line Service representatives.
• Liaise with Regional support organisations (Elekta Care Support Centers/Field Engineers) to provide high level technical assistance to end users for escalations and defect investigations.
• To specify, installation, service, documentation, spare parts and training requirements for Elekta IoT solution and to ensure that the product meets them.
• To oversee & coordinate service product validation testing.
• Collaborate in translation of user needs into technical product requirements and test cases.
• Support and maintain development builds of Elekta IntelliMax on development and test environments.
• To plan and coordinate service pilot projects.
• Create and review Field Change Orders (FCOs) for field modifications.
• Writing and validating Knowledge Base articles.
The right stuff
• Communication: Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
• Technical Understanding : Possesses understanding in the areas of Servicing complex products for customers, IoT & Remote Service.
• Problem Solving: Exhibits confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems.
• Process Oriented: Introduces new products to the organisation with clear support and service processes to ensure consistent and positive experience across Elekta’s global customers.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in the delivery or service of complex solutions or instruments, ideally medical devices.
• Experience with both systems development and systems implementation projects
• Experience as a Liaison between Technical and Business professionals
• Demonstrated knowledge of stakeholder management throughout business change activities associated with major technology implementations.
