Who we are looking for
We’re seeking a Business Sales Development Representative to join our go-to-market team to help us grow and succeed in connecting with prospective customers. We need a motivated, ambitious individual who can effectively communicate with potential clients, understand their needs, and recognise when they are suitable for sales opportunities.

Job Description
About the role
Researching & identifying potential customers for our learning solutions to build a consistent pipeline of opportunities
Executing on outbound sales campaigns using a combination of phone, email, social touches and networking
Engaging with inbound leads from marketing campaigns or events to understand pain points and qualify into the new business pipeline
Understanding the needs of our target prospects and articulating the value that xUnlocked provides
Working closely with marketing and sales teams to support ABM activities
Maintaining accurate information on prospects and activities in the CRM
Meeting and exceeding both individual and team goals
Qualifications
Must haves
At least 8 months in an outbound SDR/BDR role
Cold-calling experience, ideally for a B2B SaaS company
Track record of generating meetings with B2B decision makers
Native-level communication in English (written and spoken)
Experience using CRM platforms
Non-essentials, but “nice to haves”
Experience working in an Edtech, Sustainability, Finance, or a B2B learning environment
Previously used sales intelligence and engagement platform, think Cognism/Apollo/Clay
