Reporting into the Head of Marketing, this role will be working across all products in the xUnlocked portfolio. About the role
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that promote our solutions, generate demand, and contribute to the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand the needs, preferences, and challenges of enterprise clients in the digital learning space. Identify key market trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for differentiation.
Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling value propositions, messaging frameworks, and positioning strategies for our digital learning products targeted at enterprise customers. Ensure alignment with customer needs, market dynamics, and product capabilities.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with product management, sales, and other cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases.
Marketing Collateral and Content Creation: Create high-quality marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and content assets to support demand generation and sales efforts. This includes presentations, case studies, website content, and other marketing materials.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and events. Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and iterate based on insights to drive continuous improvement.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales tools, training resources, and messaging guidelines that enable them to effectively communicate the value proposition of our digital learning products to enterprise clients. Provide ongoing support and assistance to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
Market Positioning: Monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine product positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies over time. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital learning and enterprise software.
Must haves
3+ years of product marketing experience
Proven track record of successfully launching products to market
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data
Track record of speaking to customers and prospects to understand needs
Experience with automation/marketing platforms
Nice to haves
Experience working in an Edtech, Sustainability, Finance, or a B2B learning environment
About you
Demonstrated track record of creating and executing product marketing campaigns that are thoughtful, structured and aligned to product proposition.
Experienced in delivering product marketing collateral and sales enablement tailored to buyers and end-users that drives sales velocity and product adoption.
Focused on creating clear messaging that positions products effectively across a variety of channels.
Experience with CRM software, marketing automation platforms, digital marketing tools and techniques.
Team player, comfortable working vertically and horizontally across the business.
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Data-driven mindset with proven ability to derive insights from analytics.
Confident, presentable and able to represent xUnlocked as required.
Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment, and able to tailor approaches to meet the needs of the business as it grows.
