Job Descrption
• 5-7 years of relevant analytics or data science experience,
• Fluency in SQL,
• Strong background in data visualization and modeling (Looker, Tableau),
• Hands-on experience with Python,
• An ability to juggle both long-term strategic projects and ad hoc urgent requests as needed,
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and mentor junior analysts,

What the job involves
• Maven is looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Business Operations team to drive strategic projects to uncover business insights that enable data-driven decision-making as our business expands,
• As a part of the Business Operations team, you will partner closely with our Client Success, Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams to support analytics efforts and enable data-informed decision-making across all aspects of our business,
• You will be a key... partner in the design, development, and maintenance of business processes, dashboards, and reports to translate data into business value for cross-functional teams,
• Partner with stakeholders across Client Success, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to build dedicated processes, dashboards, and reports that support critical business processes and goals,
• Drive operational efficiency by identifying areas for process improvement, automating processes, and recommending highly scalable solutions,
• Promote and exemplify the development of best practices, coding standards, and design principles,
• Effectively communicate insights and results from analysis to stakeholders across Maven teams, highlighting opportunities to better serve our business,
• Explore improvement opportunities and emerging technologies, tools, and trends that can drive innovation and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our data analytics processes
