Tackle complex technology challenges alongside a team of skilled professionals, including technical business analysts

Design and implement high-availability, scalable, and performant systems on cloud platforms
Drive the implementation of cloud-native applications and services using agile methodologies
Collaborate on integrating technology solutions to meet client needs
Prioritise performance tuning, enhancement, usability, and automation in cloud environments
Identify potential business opportunities within existing and new clients, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Consulting leadership to develop campaigns, respond to RFPs, and contribute to the growth of our Consulting practice
Stay updated with AI technologies and innovative ways of working to incorporate cutting-edge solutions into client projects
Key skills:
Extensive experience in technology consulting, ideally within financial services or related industries
Proficiency in cloud technologies, with expertise in at least one of the major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong command over cloud-native application development and deployment practices
Experience in designing and implementing high-availability, scalable, and performant systems on cloud platforms
Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in cloud development (e.g., Python, Java, Go)
Advanced understanding of cloud architecture and services
Experience in infrastructure as code and configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
Familiarity with containerisation and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Ability to architect and implement cloud-based solutions for diverse business requirements
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams, including technical business analysts, to deliver successful outcomes using agile ways of working

Expectations regarding hybrid working: As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the client’s offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our client’s policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our client’s now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require.
