The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the planning and development of the Query Management Application (QMA) product reporting into the Chief Technology Officer of the product. This role offers opportunity for growth into a senior program management role as QMA continues to develop and increases its client portfolio across the financial industry and beyond.
QMA is a communication management tool aimed at solving the growing burden of business communication, such as high volumes, time spent on communication, multiple channels, and lack of transparency.

Requirements
The Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the commercialisation of the QMA product. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of technical projects, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and project team members.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines, defining scope and deliverables, and track progress against milestones and objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively implement corrective actions as needed.
- Monitor project performance and quality metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and reviews, and ensure alignment on project goals, requirements, and priorities.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team, and drive the adoption of new tools, processes, and technologies to enhance project delivery.
Skills and Experience
As an experienced Project Manager, you will have:
- Extensive experience in project management
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, Agile practices, and project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid technical background, with experience working with software development teams and proficiency in relevant technologies and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
It would be great if you have:
- Background in FinTech / Financial services – Highly desirable
