The Role:

TopCashback are looking for a proactive and organised Senior Automation Test Engineer to join our Testing team. The Test team are responsible for testing all areas of the TopCashback website and mobile app.

You will perform all the key responsibilities of an Senior Automation Test Engineer and ensure that the development team are working towards the correct acceptance criteria and mentoring members of the team. The focus is on providing the best quality that can be achieved as a testing team.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Acting as the focal point for all communication within the automated testers.

·       Support day to day requests and queries from the automated testers

·       Maintaining the current end to end framework

·       Adhere to good code practices

·       Being able to support with the releases within the teams 

·       Upskilling the manual testers with Automation

·       Assist the Head of Testing with implementation of new processes.

·       Identify any trends within the team with regards to gaps in knowledge or process.

·       Maintenance of all TCB frameworks where required

·       Be able to read understand and maintain automated tests using C#

Requirements

Required Skills/Attributes

·       Minimum of 2 years working in an Automated testing role or Developer role

·       Has demonstrable capability with creating and maintaining tests using C# and Selenium

·       Understanding the test process

·       Can demonstrate good time management and organisational skills.

·       Ability to interact and communicate with multiple teams and senior management.

·       The ability to multi-task and prioritise a workload.

·       Ability to react to change quickly and effectively around releases and processes

·       Able to train and mentor members of the team
