The Opportunity:
As our Vendor Program Analyst you play a crucial role to onboard new vendors, ensure compliance with contracts, analyze vendor performance metrics and identify avenues for improvement in vendor programs. Our firm partners with many vendors to provide the best tools and data in our pursuit to better the Investment Universe. You will provide end-to-end support when it comes to processing invoices, administering user licenses, and tracking budgets. You will utilize your skills to create performance dashboards to track critical Service Level Agreements and provide regular reports to leadership. You will help analyze and optimize vendor performance to maximize our partnerships. You will report directly to the Data & Process Team Leader.
The Day-to-Day:
You will create and manage dashboards and scorecards to track and analyze vendor performance, including regular reporting
You will escalate vendor performance issues
You will onboard new vendors and track budgets
You will identify process improvements, recommend solutions, and implement solutions to improve resource utilization efficiency
You will help administer users licenses and process invoices
Your Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in vendor management, supply chain management, or a similar role
Experience tracking and analyzing vendor performance metrics
Experience with various software licensing models
Experience onboarding new vendors and processing vendor invoices
Experience utilizing data visualization and data analytics tools
Compensation:
$75,000 - $110,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
