We’re looking for an Team Leader who will report to our Account Manager in Harrods. As a team leader, 90% of the daily activity will be focussed on delivering Byredo customer service standards alongside maintaining retailoperational standards. 10% of the working time will be devoted to supporting the Business Manager with junior management tasks including, managing the Brand Ambassador daily schedules, organising temp cover, responding to customer queries and developing the in-store relationship with the retailer and retailer floor / department Manager. On days when the Business Manager is not working, the Team Leader will assume responsibility for the Account, supported by the Retail Manager / Area Retail Manager or Regional Retail Manager. The Team Leader is a role model for Byredo behaviours and culture and will always reflect the values of the Company with their Customers and their Colleagues. This role is a junior management position that will provide opportunities to develop leadership and management skills, in readiness for more senior roles in the future.
