We have an opportunity for an Account Manager to oversee our beautiful Kama Ayurveda space in Harrods where you will be responsible for overseeing our treatment rooms and their staff, merchandise and customer service offer. You’ll also build highly motivated teams, and coach and develop them to the next level.
What you'll get to do
Ensure all team members provide the highest level of customer service to customers on the floor and our treatment rooms
Build and manage the client database, utilising to increase sales and customer contact
Manage all special events inclusive of collection previews, client events and sale events instore
Analyse available sales reports and data to determine the needs of the business, setting business strategies
Support the development of the Sales Assistants and Therapists skills, ensuring team are fluent in all aspects of product knowledge and services
Demonstrate sales leadership, playing an active role on the selling floor
Look after areas of risk management, including physical security, store cash controls, and inventory management
Ensure the selling floor is always picture perfect and reflective of current visual direction
Partner with other teams within the business including Education, Marketing, Commercial and HR
Continually evaluate the performance of each team member and provide continual feedback to ensure results
