Embedded IT is operating at the heart of our Trading Department, closely working together with RWE Supply & Trading GmbH (RWEST) Analysis and Trading Desks. We provide solutions in key areas such as Data Analysis, P&L Reporting, Position Reporting, Weather Data Visualization, Systematic Trading, Market Making and support any innovative trading ideas emerging from our desks utilizing today’s most recent cloud technologies.
 

As part of Overall IT strategy RWE Supply & Trading is going through DevOps Transition to all domains and implement the SCRUM working model. In this role you will support and coach the London Embedded IT Team, covering 3 different trading desks (Oil, Gas and LNG), on all SCRUM related topics.  Whilst also supporting and coaching different sorts of Product Owners, either from Business or IT.

As A Senior Scrum Master you will;

• Coach team members and help them to improve 
• Host all scrum standard meetings
• Resolving impediments
• Assist the product owner(s) with the product backlog(s)
• Teach Scrum practices and principles
• Act and communicate proactively within RWEST IT teams and with business clients and conduct meetings with key stakeholders

Your powerful skills

• Certified and experienced SCRUM Master
• You like to work with people and have experience in coaching teams
• Good understanding of agile software development and key IT deliverables
• Excellent coordination, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Highly motivated, reliable self-organizing way of workin

Advantageous, but not a must

• Basic knowledge in programming
• Any commericial trading experience
• Strong communication and team working skills
• Experience in managing conflicts
