We are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service professionals to join our friendly team based at our site in Frating, Colchester for a period of 12 months.

 

As a Customer Services Advisor, you will play a vital role within our supportive Customer Services team ensuring our customers always receive the highest level of care. Key Responsibilities

 

  • To be a main point of contact for all queries and will be able to take ownership of this task to resolve any issues efficiently and to a consistently high standard
  • Taking responsibility for handling incoming emails and phone calls, order processing, setting up contracts, general enquiries and any other business associated with our customers
  • To work together with the wider customer service team and to support colleagues when necessary

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • You’ll need to be confident communicating over email aned via the telephone, and have had experience doing this in the past whether in a previous customer service role, or an administrative environment
  • You’ll need to be able to work independently and confidently as part of a wider team, although support is always there when you need it
  • You’ll have a great eye for detail as you’ll be dealing with lots of information at any one time
  • Great organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks as necessary

Salary: £23,318 per annum, plus benefits

Hybrid working: We’re experimenting with a hybrid way of working that suits the needs of each team. While our offices across the UK are places to connect, collaborate and celebrate with colleagues, we recognise that flexibility around where you work is just as important. For this role we expect that you will work from the office, based in Colchester, at least twice a week and work the remaining days remotely.
