Role: Marketing and Communications Specialist
Location: Hams Hall
Salary: c£45k
To inform and engage employees in a way that motivates them to maximises their performance and deliver the business strategy most effectively.
You’ll provide an effective flow of information between the business, functions, and colleagues as well as create a public image that will inform, educate, and engage customers, business partners, and the general population.
Your tasks
• Evaluate, design, and implement Internal, external, and digital communications.
• Create and manage compelling consistent, and engaging content for various communication channels.
• Collaborating closely with our HR team on EVP propositions and brand advocacy projects
• Drive brand marketing consistency across all company messaging.
• Taking the lead role in producing content for our employee communication channels including our intranets /employee information portals
• Collaborate on the development and execution of our internal communications strategy to ensure that essential company information is communicated to employees effectively.
• Cultivate an organisational culture where two-way communication is at the core of our success, and where every employee is engaged in enhancing communication.
• Drive a unified and authentic voice in all internal communications to reinforce our brand identity.
• Lead, produce, and manage a variety of online/offline and digital marketing, media, including social networks- LinkedIn, landing pages, websites, videos, marketing campaigns, blogs, podcasts, and webinars.
• Lead and manage all marketing meetings to ensure all content is driving high-quality organic traffic.
• Design digital media campaigns that align with the business objectives.
• Establish a web presence to boost brand awareness and manage social media accounts
Your profile
You will be a creative, concise, coherent, and engaging storyteller as well as have:
• strong business-to-business marketing experience
• excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills
• an eye for detail – quality-focused
• influencing skills and excellent stakeholder management experience
• ability to handle multiple competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
• proven experience in internal communications, with a track record of developing and executing effective strategies
• analytical skills
• customer, insights, and strategy focused.
