Role: Recruitment Advisor
Location: Hams Hall
The role is to develop and administer recruitment processes and initiatives that attract and retain the very talent in the business.
Your tasks
You’ll be responsible for:
Executing end-to-end recruitment, including compliance, negotiating, onboarding, and agencies
Tailoring sourcing approaches to attract the best talent into the business (including passive candidates)
Designing and selecting fair, consistent, and unbiased selection methods to evaluate skills and fit across all levels of the business
Designing and review country-specific people policies to ensure that the business is legal in compliant (immigration, tax etc)
Building relationships and understand customer and key stakeholder's requirements
Regularly review existing recruitment processes and own activities to support proposals for service improvements.

Your profile
You’ll be an experienced recruiter who can confidently and independently complete the end-to-end recruitment process, with:
Excellent communication, both written and verbal
The ability to build relationships quickly
Experience in writing creative adverts and selection processes
Experience in early talent programmes and the apprenticeship levy is desirable, not essential.
