Our International Business Development team are looking for a Business Development Executive to deliver growth in our Custom Publishing business in focus markets, as well as supporting the wider team to process orders, analyse trends and be a champion for Custom Product.
The Opportunity:
Our International Business Development team covers Custom Publishing and Brand Partnerships across the full PRH programme. We have a global remit to find new ways to sell PRH books, and to create new products for international partners.
The successful candidate will manage our Custom Publishing business in their focus territories, working alongside the Area Sales Managers, and will build strong internal relationships with colleagues in Editorial, Production and Design to develop new products and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
On a day-to-day basis you will use your initiative to manage a wide portfolio of projects across your markets, working closely with the Sales team to ensure new products are delivered on schedule. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore new partnership opportunities with the support of the wider team, as well as contribute creatively to projects featuring some of PRH’s much-loved brands and global bestsellers.
What You’ll Bring:
This role is perfect for a proactive person who is commercially-savvy, a confident communicator, and with an interest in publishing and custom sales. Though prior publishing experience is not a requirement, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate commercial acumen as well as skill in relationship building and confident communication with a variety of stakeholders.
You will need to be very organised, be able to prioritise across a range of tasks, have a keen eye for detail and an analytical mindset to interpret and report sales data across our Custom Publishing business.

Salary: circa £30,000 depending on how your skills and experience align to the role

For this role we expect that you will work from the office, based in London, twice a week and work the remaining days remotely.
