Finance Director

Join BMG's dynamic finance team and be a crucial part of our growth journey. As we continue to expand through acquisitions, we are seeking a talented Finance Director to assist in the accounting process, ensuring seamless financial operations across our UK companies. Please note that this position offers a 12-month contract.
What You'll Be Doing.
Financial Reporting, Control & Compliance.
Work on all parts of the accounting process as necessary.
Reconcile client balances, creating new accounts where necessary.
Ensure statutory balance sheets are reconciled and consistent across all companies.
Partner with the treasury and royalties teams to ensure transactions flows correctly, maximizing income recognition.
Manual accounting for monthly inventory.
Work with Group teams to ensure a seamless transition and reporting process.
Forge strong liaisons with all departments including finance, royalties and supply chain teams, overseeing the accurate transfer of processes, complete with an audit trail to ensure business continuity.
Support booking instructions for operational finance teams to facilitate the month-end close process.
Ensure that all accounting processes adhere to IFRS standards.
Collaborate with both internal and external auditors, providing them with necessary information to ensure spotless audit reports.
Support the statutory accounts preparation process.
