Arla Foods are looking to recruit a Network Services Coordinator to join our thriving Network Services team on a temporary maternity cover contract, working hybrid from our head office in Leeds. In this role you will report to the Network Services Manager. This is a role which will provide support to Arla Logistics to ensure excellent service delivery to our customers

What will the role look like?

• Coordinates with commercial, production, transport, hauliers etc. to ensure timely order delivery and to achieve departmental targets.
• Works cross functionally to provide solutions for customer specific requirements.
• Works collaboratively with our hauliers to achieve agreed service level agreements.
• Challenges process to identify better ways of working and provide insight into customer queries.
• Controls and facilitates customer query logs and provides feedback to customer service as a high priority.
• Reviews daily/weekly/monthly reports to highlight issues to team, and find solutions to im-prove service for customers.
• Understands when escalation is needed to enable us to respond to customers in a timely manner.
• Shares workload with team to ensure all tasks are completed on a daily basis.
• Ensures strong communication between Logistics and Commercial and other relevant stake-holders, including daily reports.
• Carries out scheduling administration and system maintenance

What do you need to succeed?

To succeed in this position, you should possess strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and SAP, as well as experience with Power BI. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years in a customer service role is required, as you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our internal and external stakeholders.
