Arla Foods Oakthorpe are on the lookout for a SAP Coordinator to join our Engineering function for a 12 month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting the key engineering operations at one of our biggest key milk production sites. We are looking for a SAP Specialist to come in, drive impact in the team and ensure smooth day to day running’s of our stockroom.

Role responsibilities:
 

• Working as part of a maintenance and engineering team, you will provide SAP administrative support for the day to day runnings of the team assisting with stores, purchasing, sourcing and stock control.
• You will play an active part in the continuous improvement of best practice across the engineering planning function and the site.
• You will assist in creating a work schedule for the plant and assets and collaborate cross- functionally, working closely with stakeholders in the Engineering.
• As an SAP Administrator you will be helping in building of the SAP maintenance plan and helping deliver engineering activities including planned maintenance for the team.
• You will attend and brief engineering team leaders and management on progress of SAP PM implementation.

What do I need?
 

• SAP experience is essential
• We are looking for someone who is able to prioritise, communicate effectively and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Engineering/Maintenance Experience in an FMCG environment not necessary but preferred
