As a HR Student Assistant, you will work alongside your studies and play a pivotal role in shaping our HR function, making a real impact on our organisation.

How will you make an impact?
 

As an HR Student Assistant, your contributions will be instrumental in supporting various HR initiatives within the business. You will report to the Senior Commercial HR Business partner and your work will directly contribute to the success of our recognition scheme, mentorship program, and employee promise agenda. Additionally, you will be involved in HR administration tasks, taking notes during meetings and assisting with ad-hoc project work.

What will the role look like?
 

• Assisting our recognition scheme to ensure employees are acknowledged and appreciated for their contributions.
• Supporting the mentorship scheme by coordinating activities and facilitating communication between mentors and mentees.
• Working on our employee promise agenda, helping to create a positive work environment and enhancing employee experience.
• Providing general HR administrative support, and working to improve our online portals
• Taking accurate notes during HR meetings and assisting with the preparation of meeting materials.
• Taking part in ad-hoc HR projects as required, giving you the opportunity to learn and grow in various areas of HR.

What do you need to succeed?
 

• You must be a current student, enrolled in any degree program.
• While studying a HR-related degree would be ideal, it is not essential. We value a passion for HR and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
