An exciting opportunity has arisen within Computacenter to join our Sector Division as an 'Business Development Manager'. The successful applicant will be to join our ITM Sector team, covering International, Techco, and Media.

What you'll do
Manage CC portfolio in complex customer situation, focused on profitability and growth
Up-selling of existing contracts and developing of new business opportunities
Working together with suppliers and partners
Build a trustful and productive relationship to our clients
Working together with Sales Specialists for selling complex solution opportunities
Act in accordance with Computacenter
Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organisation
Performance Indicators
Ensure Department meets MBO performance targets
Identify new business opportunities
Maintain & optimise business with net new clients & prospects within Computacenter’s Target Market (Large Enterprise)
Maintain & improve economic success and Customer satisfaction levels
Understand and adhere to policies and procedures
What you'll need
Proven experience in sales and management
Strong track record in sales, business development and must be able to demonstrate experience in winning new business.
Must have sufficient knowledge to own an end-to-end sales process from prospect to close
Strong networking skills and a vast industry contact base
Comprehensive understanding of trends and technologies within the IT market
Ability to prioritise own workload
Provide good customer service
Good Administrative experience, attention to detail and accuracy
Good interpersonal ,literacy and numeracy skills and ability to build relationships
Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM would be a bonus
Experience of relevant business systems e.g. SAP would be a plus
