Life on the team
Service Development and Change are a hybrid function that work within the functional units across the group, from within Group Information Services. We provide a holistic “concept to market” service; or using our Development and Change Framework we can provide components of change as required. The service includes requirement discovery, gap analysis, benefit identification and quantification, full compliance both technical/data and people change, full development lifecycle (technology, process, people and commercial), incubation and early life support.
The team is configured to align with the group structure. Each area led by a Head of Portfolio, supported by a small team of consultants and project managers.
The role
As a Senior Project manager, you will be leading the delivery of major changes to the business as per the assigned mandate from CTO and ensuring major change and service development are delivered to budget, time and quality. A key part of this role is to liaise with the stakeholders contributing to the change and service transformation and deliver service and technical solution working with the resources assigned with diverse skillsets.
