IT Technician

Life on the team 
We are seeking an experienced IT Technician for an immediate start, working at one of our customer sites in Derby. This is a site based role and you will be required to work onsite Mon-Fri, working a 8.5hr shift with 1hr lunch.

What you'll do

The responsibilities of this role will be to assist local and remote users to remedy software and hardware based IT issues both face to face and via the phone.

What you'll need

Essential:
SC Clearance. Own transport, or suitable means of travel (Required to be on site Mon-Fri).
Face-Face customer experience.
Experience with software and hardware fixes.
Ability to go through additional clearances.
Willing to do out of hours work via on-call rota.
Pro-active nature.
Team player but ability to work alone unsupervised if needed.

Desirable:
Tech-Bar experience. Experience in Laptop and Desktop build functioning
Ticket system experience (Service Now, ITSM).
Dell/HP or Lenovo accreditations.
