An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Service Manager to join a Customer in the Insurance sector. This is a Leadership role which will have responsibility for contracted & commercial outcomes, customer experience/relationship and growth. In addition, developing and maintaining strong working relationships across the Account team and the internal service providers, will be critical to your success. The scope of service delivered is significant and spans multiple service lines across Data Centre and Managed Workplace.
