Position Location: New Jersey

 

Commercial Operations Director

 

Position Summary - Lead strategic portfolio level initiatives, optimize sales and marketing operations and build / adopt commercial capabilities within US.

 

What you have to offer: 

 

  • Drives operational alignment, enablement, execution excellence and continuous improvement of commercial operations across brands, disease areas and launches
  • Act as the point person to identify, communicate, plan, direct and / or lead designated commercial operations services and ensure operational efficiency across different cross functional areas
  • Lead and manage key portfolio / country level initiatives for the GM in collaborations with US functions related to key business priorities
  •  Oversea critical initiatives to drive excellence in our culture, operations and ways of working.
  • Build excellence in commercial operations, processes and outcomes. Analyze operational critical KPIs and co-create improvement plans in partnership with functional leads
  • Build US market specific launch excellence capabilities to ensure successful, coordinated and cross functional launch preparations for multiple launches
  • Support investor relations process by providing US specific input in collaboration with cross functional partners
  • Develop launch planning and tracking tools to drive commercialization of the portfolio across the company.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required with 8 plus years of experience in commercial operations within a in life sciences, biotech or pharma company with strong working knowledge of legal landscape, FDA promotional regulations, standard operating procedures and biotech development process required.
  •  Excellent organization, analytic & communication skills
  •  Resourceful and driven, enthusiastic to collaborate across Commercial Team and other departments.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment, with a proactive and adaptable mindset to navigate change and drive continuous improvement.
  •  Expert in utilizing collaboration tools such as Egnyte, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint
  •  Some domestic and international travel may be required.
  • Ability to manage projects and changing priorities, multitask, and meet aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
