Position Summary - Lead a team to generate strategic and analytical insights for Oncology portfolio by conducting market research, advanced analytics, forecasting as well as sales force optimization / I&C calculations.

Lead a team to generate strategic and analytical insights for Oncology portfolio by conducting market research, advanced analytics, forecasting, sales force optimization / I&C calculations.
Perform analysis and develop insights based on various market dynamics by leveraging primary & secondary sources and methodologies.
Generate market insights to inform commercial strategy, planned tactics and execution.
Partner with Commercial teams to plan and execute key insight generation initiatives, and drive key implications for the brand(s) and the portfolio.
Responsible for developing, maintaining and updating forecast models to inform financial planning. Lead discussions to formulate key assumptions and ensure alignment with commercial teams.
Contribute to the strategic direction for sales force effectiveness and incentive compensation. Design, monitor and track execution against key business targets.
Collaborate with other insights and analytics functions to align on strategy, share insights and learn from best practices.
Proactively propose analytical solutions to business problems and come up with new data driven ideas.
Apply customer insight analytics to create successful business outcomes and fuel growth by leveraging traditional, digital and emerging methodologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required with 10 plus years insights and analytics experience preferably with additional customer facing experience and/or field operations experience. Pharmaceutical analytics and/or consulting experience.
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, environment, with a focus on delivering high quality forecasting, analytics, insights, reporting IC calculation and sales force effectiveness.
Experience with pharmaceutical data, CRM data and digital analytics Innate intellectual curiosity demonstrated desire to take initiative and ability to think creatively to solve problems. Project management skills and quantitative analysis skills
Preferred Qualifications: MBA.
