Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred,
• Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role within the software or cryptocurrency industry,
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets,
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams,
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities,
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team,
• Willingness to travel as required
What the job involves
• The Blockchain / Ecosystem Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding Ledger's ecosystem by identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships,
• These partners will be players in the crypto space like blockchains, dApps or Wallet providers,
• This role involves... exploring potential services that can be developed on our platform and building comprehensive promotion plans to maximize business impact,
• You will coordinate the full relationship lifecycle with partners to ensure successful collaborations,
• As a leader, you will work with and coordinate a team of Business Developers,
• 1. Partner Identification and Outreach:,
• Identify potential partners that align with Ledger's strategic goals,
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential partners,
• Initiate contact and build relationships with key stakeholders in target,
• 2. Service Development Exploration:,
• Collaborate with partners to explore and define potential services that can be developed on Ledger's platform,
• Work with internal teams to assess feasibility and alignment with company objectives,
• Develop proposals and business cases for new service opportunities,
• 3. Promotion Plan Development:,
• Create and execute joint promotion plans with partners to maximize the business impact of the services,
• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to drive adoption and awareness,
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of promotion plans and campaigns,
• 4. Relationship Management:,
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners throughout the relationship lifecycle,
• Facilitate regular communication and collaboration between Ledger and its partners,
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise in the partnership,
• 5. Negotiation and Contract Management:,
• Negotiate partnership agreements, terms, and conditions,
• Ensure that contracts are aligned with company policies and objectives,
• Manage and oversee the execution of partnership agreements,
• 6. Performance Tracking and Reporting :,
• Track and analyze the performance of the full team partnerships and associated services,
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on partnership activities and outcomes,
• Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimizing partnerships
