There is an exciting opportunity in our Manchester office for an ambitious, customer centric and driven individual to take on a unique, hybrid role between one of our adjacent products, the SHEQSY lone worker solution, whilst also contributing to the Business Development function.
As Enablement Specialist, you will build relationships with members of the sales team, assisting in landing new business by providing valuable insights and helping customers find ROI by utilizing the SHEQSY solution. With a deep understanding of the capabilities of the product, you will highlight relevant features to assist in solving customer problems, maximizing the value extracted by businesses. Internally you are the product expert, finding solutions to complex problems for the sales team, and helping customers drive adoption within their organizations.
You will also contribute to our Business Development function, following up warm leads with customers who have already expressed an interest in our product with a demonstrated shared passion for our mission to drive better quality and safer work practices globally, you will build close relationships with our customers and be the ultimate brand ambassador. 

What will I be doing?

  • You will be a product expert with the ability to advise customers on best practices using SHEQSY
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to identify areas of opportunity for SHEQSY to deployed with new and existing customers
  • Conduct in person and online demonstrations of the SHEQSY solution
  • Ensure new customers have a smooth onboarding experience, developing long-term, successful customer relationships
  • Conduct group training sessions to upskill and educate sales team members on new and developing product features
  • Educating customers/colleagues of additional offerings within the SHEQSY solution, including hardware we integrate with, 24/7 monitoring, calendar integrations, and bluetooth buttons.
  • Prospect for new customers and qualify opportunities for Account Executives, driving pipeline and growing SafetyCulture’s customer base
  • Distributing new leads and opportunities to AEs. This may include business development activities, such as qualifying the opportunity, understanding the need and urgency from the customer, establishing pain points with existing processes, and assisting the AE in understanding how the product should be positioned to solve problems in the demonstration.

What do I need?

  • Experience working in a customer facing role ideally in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Self-motivated and performance driven individualResilient, tenacious and persistent in nature
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Persuasion and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate up and down an organization
  • Passionate about building lasting relationships with customers and colleaguesAmbitious! You want to excel and are super excited about having a career in tech sales.
  • Ability to actively listen, understand customer pain points and take action
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced organization & easily adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities
  • Experience working in customer success, account management or sales (Desirable)
