Why this job matters

• Ensure the launch of platform related products are delivered on time and within budget into the OCC and/or Webex portfolios (meet market demands)
• Ensure all security considerations are addressed during both product launch and in-life (comply with BT’s security/vulnerability targets)
• Ensure a clear migration path for BT customers wanting to move to One Cloud Cisco – Internet Only or Webex cloud (customer retention)
• Ensure both new and existing platforms are adequately serviced from a tooling and team perspective (100% uptime target)
• Assist our Solution Design areas with clear and detailed documentation (save on day 2 issues)

This role can be based in the following offices: Manchester and Birmingham and follows hybrid working

What you’ll be doing

• Launch new products into the BT OCC and/or Webex portfolios.
• Create technical documentation and presentations for internal and external audiences, including customers.
• Work across BT divisions to achieve change and improvements in performance.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with key suppliers.
• Support other team members during deliveries.

The skills you’ll need to succeed

In this role an individual must:

• Be passionate about working with new technologies and products.
• Be able to work independently on projects and solutions.
• Have experience with Cisco voice technologies or have a passion to learn.
• Have a background in producing design documents for a technical audience or have a passion to learn.
• Be happy working to tight deadlines as part of delivery cycles.
• Be comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop relationships with third party suppliers, and other teams within BT, such as product line, security, and service.

Experience you’d be expected to have

A One Cloud Cisco and Webex Associate must:

• Have experience with Cisco voice technologies (PREFERRED)
• Have a background in producing detailed design documents for a technical audience (PREFFERED)
