The role holder will be responsible for working with cross-team Global stakeholders to design and create a framework for automatically monitoring that we handle customer data effectively.
 

Role Accountabilities 

•    Work with cross party stakeholders from Legal, Major contracts, Security and  Group to develop consistent approach and framework to customer data handling
•    Ensuring the implementation of customer data handling guidelines and standards
•    Work with third parties to automate building policy rules to extract customer data handling obligations from commercial contracts
•    Rollout of the  E2E monitoring controls across the Google Cloud Platform for Customer Data Handling obligations, based upon the successful delivery of the MVP.
•    Expand coverages of customer data handling obligation platform across 50 source systems in GCP. 
•    Project manage teams working in an Agile manner using Jira and two week sprints
•    Ensuring compliance of the Group’s data handling standards

Skills & Experience 
•    Extensive experience working with data in a large corporate environment with a strong delivery track-record.
•    Strong ability to communicate complex issues and make highly persuasive, evidence based arguments.
•    Able to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels within the business.
•    Expertise in customer data handling.
•    Expertise in Contract Assurance or verification in terms of un/underbilled revenue
•    Experience in managing offshore team(s).

Other skills beneficial for the role are:
