Why this job matters


To establish ourselves as a business beyond mobile, the New EE brand needs to stretch into new areas where we can serve the needs of consumers more fully.  This role is vital to establishing EE as a credible destination for CE products as it is responsible for driving commercial growth in new and existing Consumer Electronics categories, leveraging new and existing capabilities, propositions and promotions to maximize revenue and market share.

What you’ll be doing

  1. Accountable for delivering and shaping the Consumer Electronics' teams marketing plan 
  2. Focused on leveraging internal and external comms channels to maximise traffic to key sales channels
  3. Co-ordinates and defines the hero products, offers, media choices and timings of key Consumer Electronics marketing activity
  4. Coordinates all Consumer Electronics marketing launches, across teams and customer touchpoints, ensuring consistency and effectiveness through-the-line – including media activation, demand generation, base communications, channel marketing and frontline engagement
  5. Ensures marketing plans meet financial targets and measures, identifying areas for growth across channels to market
  6. Ensures senior stakeholders are aligned with plans, including developing materials for pre-launch walkthroughs of major campaigns
  7. Monitors day to day projects and activities with internal stakeholders, suppliers, agencies and internal teams to ensure successful execution of Consumer Electronics marketing programmes
  8. Monitors and reports on effectiveness of Consumer Electronics marketing activity, including category awareness, brand consideration and sales conversion vs budget
