Why this job matters

In this job you’ll be responsible for the definition and successful execution of the Consumer CIO Transformation plan.  You will work closely with the functional directors in Consumer CIO and other Business Units to ensure all our plans have tight strategic alignment with target Transformational outcomes. 

What you’ll be doing

  • You will ensure progress and impediments are understood and drive corrective action as required. You will continually ‘horizon scan’ to identify new strategic opportunities to transform our technology and people.  
  • You will also be responsible for building and managing delivery of the Consumer CIO MTP (Medium Term Plan) and scorecard, running an effective governance process to identify and action specific interventions to ensure successful delivery.
  • The role is also responsible for managing change and fostering adoption to embed our desired operating model and culture. Utilizing diagnostics, training programs, and campaigns to engage and inspire cultural change, creating a thriving, self-sustaining community that encourages learning and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Experience you'll have

  • Strategic thinking and planning; driving efficient ways of working and operating model
  • Commercial acumen for financial and resource planning and management 
  • Extensive knowledge of agile delivery methodologies in Digital to support effective development journeys
  • Extensive experience of Agile methodology
  • Experience in Agile transformations
  • Experience of executing cross-functional, cross business change plans
  • Senior Stakeholder Management: influencing Senior leaders (i.e MD, Director level) and large-scale teams
