In the pivotal role of an SAP SuccessFactors Professional, your mission is to elevate the candidate and colleague experience through the Recruiting Management, Recruitment Marketing, and Onboarding modules. Your expertise extends to harmonising these elements with Employee Central and other leading-edge HR and Recruitment technologies, achieving outcomes that will positively impact our employer brand and help us attract and retain exceptional talent.

What you’ll be doing 
•    Own and optimize global processes and systems in the Recruitment and Onboarding space.
•    Engage as a Subject Matter Expert with internal colleagues, external user groups and SAP. 
•    Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Global Process Owners, Product Owners, Solution Administrators, Technology, and vendors.
•    Configure, maintain, and operate the system to ensure seamless functionality.
•    Manage SuccessFactors Updates and change requests for continuous improvement, utilising agile methodologies and using systems such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
•    Provide in-life support for colleague issues and be the point of contact for escalations.
 

Skills and experience required for the job 
•    Understanding of the HR function within a global corporate organisation
•    Excellent knowledge of a HR system (SuccessFactors desirable)
•    Recruitment and Onboarding operational experience or knowledge 
•    A passion for HR, Recruitment and Onboarding technologies is essential
•    Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and business audiences
•    Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
•    Strong stakeholder management and relationship skills 
•    SuccessFactors experience and certification is desirable
