This role is responsible for identifying and implementing improvements across existing billing processes, systems, digital experience and procedures that are robust, effective and well communicated to help BT Business to achieve the Billing end state vision. Working across multiple disciplines and functions to deliver improvements in billing experience across customers and colleagues as well improving performance, data flow and quality.
The continuous improvement of our Business billing processes is a key step in driving experience across customers and colleagues. It is also critical to our success through audit findings and linking to wider improvements across multiple areas of the business. Key findings from the continuous improvement work will also feed into our end state vision roadmap for billing across people, processes and technology. You’ll be measured on the delivery of benefits, including significant improvements in Customer and Colleague experience and efficiency savings.
