Birmingham or Bristol - hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 wherever.

In this role you will focus on the strategic recruitment aims of BT Group including our D&I commitments, internal mobility, future skills programmes and making sure that we have the right focus on tooling, innovation and capability across Talent Acquisition.

 

We have big D&I ambitions and we want to put focus on the programmes and activity that can enable our ambitions. As we move Talent Acquisition into a centre of excellence model we want this role to provide external insights on how we can innovate and improve the candidate, recruiter and hiring manager experiences.

 

You will focus on the future by looking at technology, recruitment trends and data to provide recommendations on improving TA capability for BT for the years to come.

What you’ll be doing

•Drive our D&I agenda through programmes and working with the recruitment teams throughout BT Group and imbedding across the process and teams
•Lead on key programmes that are driven by recruitment including but not limited to internal mobility and future skills projects
•Focus on innovation and the future state of recruitment, making recommendations and driving continuous improvement with the changing tech landscape
•Design and implement schemes and initiatives that will drive recruitment performance such as recruitment technology gaps

Skills and experience

•Experience of implementing recruitment technology that improves the candidate and hiring manager experience
•An understanding of the various cycles of recruitment including planning, attraction, selection and onboarding
•Delivery of recruitment programmes and projects that have impacted D&I ambitions
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to organise, monitor and improve relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
•Strategic planning – able to define an organisations strategy and make decisions on allocating resources to pursue this strategy
•Project management – able to define project objectives, clarify the scope and develop the task list to complete it technology gaps
