  • Expertly manage the Director's diary, prioritising tasks and resolving conflicts.
  • Coordinate travel itineraries and office meetings, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance.
  • Manage email workflow and stakeholder relationships with finesse.
  • Champion digital technology and applications for streamlined communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with BT processes and policies.
