Network Services manages c£2bn of annual investment and has responsibility for more than 30 million mobile customers, and more than 10 million broadband and voice customers, as well as the delivery of 95% of the UK TV broadcast market.
Our purpose is to unlock the potential of our colleagues and teams to deliver world class networks, products and services for customers, that drive profitability and connect for good, both now and in the future.

Critical to this imperative is reducing our building estate of telephone exchanges from 5500 to 4500 and 120 priority buildings by 2030. BT Tower is a critical asset within that 120 buildings and the most complex of closures given its size, its role in the media and broadcast industry and its heritage as a building in the telecommunications networks in the UK. BT Tower is also unique in the 120 buildings as it is wholly owned currently by BT Group and has recently been sold to MCR Group creating a contractual commitment to exit the building by February 2030.
The primary purpose of this role is to define, manage the delivery of, continuously assure and optimise the end-to-end roadmap and delivery plan that will enable BT Group and its customers to exit the BT Tower building and achieve a successful handover by no later than February 2030. Ensuring leadership and direction while partnering with BT Group and executive stakeholders across all BT units.
