As a key member of our Responsible Business team, you will lead impactful campaigns and engagement initiatives across BT Group. By leveraging your skills and expertise, you will help empower individuals and communities, tackle digital exclusion, and enhance BT Group's reputation as a socially responsible leader.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic campaigns to address the digital divide and promote digital inclusion.
  • Drive engagement initiatives to inspire and empower individuals of all ages and backgrounds to develop digital skills.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaign objectives with business priorities and deliver measurable impact.
  • Create and implement PR and communication strategies to raise awareness and amplify the impact of our social responsibility initiatives.
  • Measure and report on the social impact generated by our campaigns, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Skills Required for the Job:

  • Experienced integrated campaign manager with a background in marketing, PR, and sustainability.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with the ability to evaluate and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent project management skills, ideally in the context of large-scale social impact or sustainability programs.
  • Change agent with the courage to challenge the status quo and drive meaningful change.
  • Champion of data-driven decision-making and analytics capabilities.
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement and relationship building, with strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a focus on trust, integrity, and diversity.

Experience:

  • Proven track record of developing and executing large-budget integrated marketing and PR campaigns.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management and content generation, ideally in the sustainability or corporate affairs domain.
  • Understanding of sustainability and social impact issues, with a focus on driving positive change.
  • Tactician with a strategic mindset and the ability to navigate complex business environments.
