Junior Project Manager
Unit: Digital
In this role you’ll support the planning, execution and delivery of the strategic transformation of BT’s Colleague facing Digital Workplace IT capability. You’ll be part of a wider team of project professionals and project management leaders who are realizing our vision to make BT a digital, lean-agile company, and you’ll be delivering our public and internal commitments.
Day to day, you’ll spend your time supporting projects managing the modernization of products and services for colleagues right across BT. You’ll also manage the strategic planning (people, process, technology, data, costs) of end-to-end persona-based experiences, resulting in improved productivity and collaboration right across BT.
Experience of managing small to medium sized, simple and fairly complex technical delivery projects
Ability to support management across the individual workstreams within the respective project(s). This involves applying Project Management... expertise including planning, risk and issue management, reporting, resource management and financial planning/budgeting
Stakeholder management, with the ability to hold others to account, align and influence via Storytelling
Ability to lead and motivate cross functional teams to ensure delivery to cost, quality and time
