Flexible working, 3 days a week together in London or one of our other digital locations (flexible 2 days remote wherever).

Be part of the transformation of our digital experiences. You’ll be responsible for the performance of a digital journey or product.

The exact digital product or journey in scope of any of our roles will evolve over time. You’ll be assigned to a squad based upon a combination of your background, development needs, interests, and the business’ needs.

You’ll input into the mobile trading roadmap and backlog for the partner launches and trading squad, supporting on the end-to-end digital execution of trading offers and key partner launches.

You’ll help understand the product performance of your squad and are expected to assist it.

Creative – To think big and beyond the day to day.

Collaborator – Works with peers, scrum teams and business stakeholders to maximise value created by squad.

Commercial – sound... understanding of what creates value and what does not.

Analyst – data-driven, consuming data and insight, utilising this to drive great customer experiences.

I demonstrate strong commercial focus, bringing an external perspective to decision-making.

I experiment and identify opportunities for growth for both myself and the organisation.
