As a New Business Introduction Manager, your responsibility will be to actively contribute to the global commercial growth of new product and solution launches. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to guide activities in the right direction, ensuring both traction and quality in commercial deliveries. Emphasize effective communication and engagement across functions to guarantee the project's commercial feasibility. Align launch strategies, particularly with marketing, for optimal effectiveness in this strategic role.
Your main responsibilities:
New Potential Assessment:
• Analyze benefits and key selling points, linking them directly to financial gains.
• Align key project factors (Time, Speed, Quality) with product management.
• Voice missing technologies required for activities.
• Ensure alignment on collateral investments for new product/solution developments.
Project Delivery:
• Develop, maintain, and communicate product and portfolio roadmaps.
• Provide input to new product development based on customer insights.
• Specify development projects and oversee CBS commercialization.
• Convey the voice of the customer in development projects.
• Initiate commercial investigations on market product proposals.
• Concentrate on understanding to support senior commercial stakeholder direction.
Marketing and Launch:
• Drive and prioritize go-to-market activities.
• Support Sales and Marketing with product assistance and co-development.
• Develop launch material and coordinate execution with regions and divisional marketing.
• Ensure seamless integration of new project deliveries into the existing portfolio setup.
• Contribute input for promotion and strategy based on market situation.
• Review product-related marketing material.
• Co-develop documentation as part of the NBI delivery on new projects.
Training, Support, and Knowledge Sharing:
• Train internal regions and product-oriented staff.
• Establish solid customer support, including 3rd line of support.
• Provide product and application support to the organization.
• Ensure key value drivers are recognized in the market after new product/solution releases.
Your background
We imagine that you have:
• Master’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Professional Experience:
• Proven experience implementing business priorities aligned with design/user needs while adhering to project plans.
• Leadership experience in a global matrix organization, either through leading direct reports or in the role of a project or activity lead.
• Industry experience within a business environment; preference for experience in a large manufacturing environment.
• Good ability to influence others in senior-level roles.
• Demonstrated experience delivering initiatives to ensure profitability.
• Experience providing and specifying digital solutions and offerings.
