Are you looking for a position where your effort and experience contribute to climate change with smart digital solutions? Do you have a great Business Management understanding? We seek highly motivated, result-oriented candidates with advanced communication skills at all levels for our Senior Strategy Consultant position. You will work directly with our VP of Group Quality.
 

What is the job about? 

As a Senior Strategy Consultant, you'll support directly the VP of Group Quality and the functional team in all strategic-related items, such as SDP, Xx-matrix, and Strategy deployment map. This includes ensuring alignment with other functions and the Group, as well as following up on project statuses. Additionally, you'll facilitate strategy-related meetings and create analysis and PowerPoint materials. 

In this role, you'll also serve as an overall project manager, including planning, change management, communication, and stakeholder management.



Your main responsibilities: 

- Implement overall project plans in line with the functional strategy deployment process.
- Monitor activities, allocate resources and assign tasks to ensure targets are met, raising concerns and escalating issues when necessary.
- Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the project status and progress within and beyond the project team.
- Manage and Coordinate stakeholders and make sure all deliverables are agreed upon and kept.
- Coordinate and align project activities across the Leadership team, sub-functional units and other parties outside of Group Quality.
- Participate in Leadership Team and Extended Leadership Team meetings and play an essential role in developing strategies and promoting partnerships.
- Align communication within Group Quality and ensure consistency with external functions such as OPS LT and Strategy Team at the Group.
- Facilitate monthly meetings to ensure proper execution of the strategy deployment process, working closely with functional teams in advance.
- Provide regular updates to the Group Quality VP and ensure alignment on key strategic priorities, including translating strategic plans into yearly budget priorities.


Your background: 
We imagine that you have: 
 
Industry and Business Experience:
- A few years of relevant work experience, however, we are also open to welcoming enthusiastic and confident graduates with a Business Studies background
- Proven ability to coordinate project processes
- Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, typically in a large-scale setting is a plus
Technical and Professional Competency:
- Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies
- Ability to motivate and influence others to meet project targets and deadlines
- Familiarity with relevant systems, local laws, and regulations
Competencies:
- Advanced communication and presentation skills in English and additional language is a plus
- Ability to work effectively with others, inspire colleagues, and facilitate change
- Experience in building stakeholder relationships at all levels
- Highly motivated and a great team-player
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
