The role:
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our supportive and hard-working business support team. This dual role will require the successful candidate to work across both our reception and print room.
As a receptionist based in Olympic House at Manchester Airport, you will be expected to welcome all visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner and assist visitors with any queries they may have. Other receptionist duties include (but not limited to):
In this role, you’ll also be required to work in our print room providing an efficient print and finish service to MAG and other external stakeholders. Main responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Please be aware that this role will require you to work a shift pattern to ensure that we have sufficient coverage across reception and the print room. This shift pattern is detailed below:
Monday: 10:00am – 14:00pm
Tuesday: 07:15am – 17:00pm
Wednesday: alternate weeks (week 1, 10:00am-14:00pm, week 2, 07:15am-17:00pm)
Thursday: alternate weeks (week 1, 10:00am-14:00pm, week 2, 07:15am-17:00pm)
Friday: 07:30am – 16:00pm
What will make you successful in the role?
We’re looking for someone who has had previous experience working in a fast-paced customer facing role. You will have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders across MAG, whilst maintaining confidentiality where necessary. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work independently using your own initiative to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and within a reasonable timeframe.
