The role

Provide grounds maintenance and repair across the airport’s estate.
Provide grounds maintenance and repair as part of MA’s service charge obligations.
To support projects with grounds clearance and maintenance.
To provide porterage and logistics support.
To assist and support the wider BFM/FM team as required.  
To assist with snow clearance, gritting and delivery of the winter plan.
To maintain and support any internal planters or horticultural features.
To assist and support any sub-contractors or other direct labour deployed on the above.
 

What will make you successful in the role?

Professional qualification in Amenity Horticulture/Landscape Maintenance/Arboriculture – Minimum RHS level 2 or equivalent
Pa1/Pa6 safe use of pesticide certification 
CS30 & CS31 chain saw units (desirable)
Full UK driving licence preferably with trailer towing experience
Understanding of MAG’s vision 
Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
