The role:
The Future Airspace Project Support is responsible for supporting the Airspace Teams at each of our airports with the day-to-day administration, coordination, and logistics of work activities. The role is critical to the smooth delivery of our airport’s airspace change projects.
Your duties will include ensuring timely preparation, presentation, and documentation of all relevant materials. Additionally, you will handle tasks such as generating purchase orders and reconciling invoices related to airspace change activities.
You’ll oversee the coordination of Programme Board and Airport Project Board meetings, which comprise booking meeting rooms, coordinating MAG attendees' schedules, and producing meeting minutes.
Collaborating closely with colleagues in the CSR & Airspace Strategy team, you will have the chance to contribute to and complete assigned projects across MAG. This involvement will contribute to the broader CSR & Airspace Strategy objectives.
What will make you successful in the role?
You will have strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail with previous experience in using Microsoft Word & excel. You will be a good communicator and be able to confidently deal with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, sometimes in challenging situations. You will have proven experience in cultivating and sustaining positive working relationships to ensure projects are completed successfully and on time.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
