• Salary - £14.26 per hour, rising to £15.80 after a successful 3 month probation period (incl. 17.5% shift pay)

In the Airport Ambassador or Security Ambassador role, you will be the face of London Stansted Airport as customers travel through the airport. You will be responsible for interacting with customers at the key touch points of their journey, providing world class customer service along the way.
As an Airport Ambassador you will be responsible for:
• Meeting and greeting customers at key points throughout their journey.
• Anticipating and responding to customer needs and to advise, support, direct and resolve issues.
• Providing empathy and assurance to customers.
• Supporting the implementation of contingencies as required.
• Queue/crowd control at various points across the airport, including Check-in, pre-security, Terminal Security, Immigration and Baggage Reclaim
• Queue management, tray stacking and general terminal security support.
The successful applicant will have previous experience in a face to face customer service role, with a passion for providing first class service, have excellent personal presentation, have the ability to assess a situation and deal appropriately to improve or diffuse accordingly, possess excellent time keeping and work ethic, be able to work unsupervised and still provide the level of professionalism that is expected.
A second language would be advantageous; in order to communicate with a diverse range of customers.
