The Dumper Operator is responsible for operating a hydraulic-operated lift that dumps frozen vegetables from a tote onto the line. The Dumper Operator is responsible for making sure there is a steady flow of product going onto the line to help maintain consistency and efficiency to meet production needs. This position is located at the Packaging Center.

What You’ll Do:
- Dump product onto the line for packaging.
- Ensure a steady flow of product.
- Chop frozen product when necessary to ensure constant flow of product.
- Communicate with Forklift Drivers to esnure availability of product to run line, as well as having empty totes removed.
- Communicate with Machine Operators to maintain desired flow of product or changes in production codes.
- Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedures.
What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or GED, preferred.
- Basic math skills.
- Safety mindset.
- Ability to climb a ladder to get to the workstation.
- Ability to lift and/or move a bar weighing up to 30 lbs. and to be able to chop frozen vegetables.
